About Us

We are Dean & Jean, and we love to Host in our Table Rock Lake Properties.

Our Story began back in 2017 when we purchased our first nightly rental condo on the shores of Table Rock Lake. We loved the Lake Life and Table Rock Lake is one of the truly beautiful lakes in the Country. New opportunities presented themselves and we grew into 3 waterfront condos by 2019. We purchased two lots across the street from our condos in hopes that one day we would be able to build a dream Boutique Family Reunion Venue on the lake that would serve several Families for reunions and get-to-gathers of all kinds. Business groups, Kids Sports groups, Bachelorette Parties, Birthday Parties, Family Reunions, Friends Reunions, even small Weddings!  A place where everyone can gather and have fun together yet have your own privacy when you want to get away from the crowd. We began construction on our Table Rock Villas in late 2022 and completed phase one of the project in June of 2024. The project turned out even better than we had imagined. Tranquil waterfalls soothe your mind while the therapeutic massage hot tub relaxes your muscles. We are pleased to now offer 7 wonderful choices on Table Rock Lake!

Our commitment to providing 5-Star Service to our guests has blessed us with Super Hosts status for several years. Your wonderful vacation experience is our only goal.

Jean and I have 5 kids and 5 grandkids, and we all love playing on the lake! We have owned in the Branson area since 2002 and just love the small-town life with big town events. Jean grew up in the Philippines earning her US Citizenship the hard way in 2017!  After 8 years of petitions, several thousands of dollars, numerous visits to immigration, and United States History Tests, Jean persevered and shined through it all and was rewarded with her Citizenship.  It was one of the Proudest Moments in our lives when Jean became a legal US Citizen.  Dean grew up in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, home of Leinenkugel Beer & the Big Eddy Springs.  Two of our girls still live with us, ages 13 & 17, and help with duties around the Resort, while our other children are out making lives of their own. Our oldest Son is a Major in the Army and has lived all over the World.  Our 1st Grandson was born in Okinawa, Japan.  Our oldest daughter lives near Bozeman, Montana where we have two Grandchildren, just North of Yellowstone National Park in Livingston, MT. We are definitely lake, beach, and mountain people.  A lake in the mountains is definitely a big plus for us!  But we'll take the beach if we have to...  

What are our favorite places?  We LOVE the Philippines!  Over 7,000 Islands!  Do we need to say anymore?  Thailand.  Korea.  Jamaica.  Costa Rica.  Florida!  Table Rock Lake.  It's God's Country!
