Bikers of all kinds are welcome at Table Rock Villas! Spring is here and the Ozark Mountains provide some of the best motorcycle rides in the United States.
You can start off with a 2-hour ride around Table Rock Lake! Take Hwy 265 across the Table Rock Dam. Stop in at the FREE Dewey Short Conservation area for a walk along the lake and dam. From there head to hwy 65 South a short distance to Hwy 86 West. Here you will be at the home of Johnny Morris' Big Cedar & Top of the Rock. Pull into Top of the Rock for a magnificent view of Table Rock Lake. Great Kodak Picture areas and perhaps, the best place to watch the sunset on Table Rock Lake. Head West on Hwy 86 for a beautiful drive thru the Ozark Mountains until you hit Hwy 39. Here you can head North on 39 into Shell Knob or add an hour to your ride by continuing West on Hwy 86. If you choose to take Hwy 39 North, you will cross Table Rock Lake at the Shell Knob bridge. This is about the halfway crossing of the lake. You are about in the middle of the lake here. Stop in at a local bar/restaurant for a bite to eat and do a little window shopping at the strip mall along the lake. Continue North on 39 until you hit Hwy 76, take Hwy 76 East towards Cape Fair. This is a windy curvy road thru the hills of the Ozarks and will return you to Reeds Spring and Branson West where you began. Just stay on Hwy 76 until you reach Silver Dollar City again and you are back home at Table Rock Villas.
4-Hour Ride: Take a winding trail to Eureka Springs via Roaring River State Park! This ride takes you on a wild ride thru the Ozark Mountains along Table Rock Lake on Hwy 86. Take 86 until you hit Hwy F and take a left on F. This will take you right into Roaring River State Park where you can walk along the Roaring River, tour the fish hatchery, feed the fish and watch fly fishing at its best. Take Hwy 112 into Seligman, then Hwy 37 South into Gateway, then Hwy 62 East into Eureka Springs. Eureka Springs is a biker's paradise of great bars & restaurants and some of the best window-shopping streets in the Ozarks. You can spend half a day in Eureka Springs and not get bored. When you are ready to head back home, take Hwy 23 North out of Eureka which will lead you back to Hwy 86 where you will head East to get back to Table Rock Villas.
5-Hour Ride: The Buffalo River Cruise. Head to Harrison, AR via Hwy 65 South. Once you get into Harrison, take Hwy 7 South into the Buffalo River Basin. Here you have a few choices. You can head West on Hwy 74 or East on Hwy 74 or take Hwy 7 past Jasper to Hwy 374. Whichever you choose, you won't go wrong. Beautiful scenery every way you turn along the Buffalo River. See if you can find the Ozarks Grand Canyon along your way!
7-Hour Ride: The World-Famous Pig Trail! You can't get this close to the Pig Trail and not ride it, can you? The Pig Trail is in Arkansas and is part of the Mark Twain National Forest. Every Biker should ride the Pig Trail at least once in their lifetime! If you made it to Eureka Springs, you are halfway there. The Pig Trail is Hwy 23 which you can connect to off Hwy 86 and leads you right thru Eureka Springs. Continue on Hwy 23 South until you hit the World-Famous Pig Trail.
